Where and how to store Sotukai?
If the Sotukai are consumed within 2 weeks, they can travel with you in your car, in your backpack, or wait for you at your workplace;
If Sotukai will be enjoyed for 8 weeks, they can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge;
If you plan to keep them for more than 2 months, they belong in the freezer (they can be tasted after 15 minutes after removal).
It is also important to keep them away from moisture.
Why are berries and fruit powders abundant in Sotukai?
100 grams of berry/fruit powder = 1 kg of fresh berries/fruit. For this simple reason, they are so rich in vitamins, minerals, and fibre.

Where do the ingredients for Sotukai come from?
First of all, Sotukai comes to you from a family-run factory in Kelmė.
We choose Lithuanian plant products for our Sotukai as much as possible, but unfortunately, where there is more sun and warmth, plants accumulate more valuable substances.
Do Sotukai contain lactose?
According to research, around 30% of the Lithuanian population is lactose intolerant. The most common recommendation is to give up dairy products or to break up their consumption into small portions. So if you are lactose intolerant, Sotukai could be the perfect solution. These small energy balls are made from plant-based products – fruit and berries – and contain no dairy. So you can enjoy delicious treats without worrying about feeling sick later.
How many Sotukai can you eat?
10 Sotukai = 100 grams. This amount contains half of the daily recommended fibre intake. Eating this much at once and, as recommended, washing it down with water may be too much fibre for the stomach. We suggest eating 4-5 Sotukai when you’re hungry, up to 2 times a day, with a glass of water or tea each time. You certainly shouldn’t eat the whole pack at once, but it’s a pleasure for us to hear that you want to do so.
What are the benefits of fibre?

Protein is the building block of our bodies. 10 Sotukai contain 12.5 grams of protein, so enjoying them will also help your body develop, maintain, and rebuild its tissues. Protein is especially important for growing children, as their organs and muscles are constantly growing and developing additional protein tissue.

These are the superfoods we use to make Sotukai: Almond, cashew, coconut, Medjool dates, apricot, hemp seeds, goji berries, flat-leaved chervil, Spanish sage, matcha, flaxseed, quince, blackcurrant, sea buckthorn, sea-buckthorn, baobab, raspberries, lingonberries, pearl peppers, chilli peppers, turmeric, ginger, cocoa, cardamom and cinnamon.

Labai geras įpakavimas, kuris tinka kelionėje, darbe ar po sporto.
Pirmais Sotukais pavaišino mama, nuo tada vis pati save ir šeimą palepinu šiais sveikais skanumynais.
Visada būna smagu iš naujo atrasti skonius ir jų derinius. O dalinantis su kaimynais ar kolegomis padiskutuoti apie skirtingus deserto vertinimus. Dėl to šaunu, kad yra rinkinio galimybė, kuriame telpa visi skoniai.
