Apricot vineflower is the most exotic of all the Sotukai flavours, because Sotukai are so green! They are just barely sweet thanks to the balance of dates and apricots, but with a surprise of spiciness. The distinctive flavour and aroma of the grapefruit is seamlessly befriended by the ginger and is pleasantly warming. Of course, almonds and cashews smooth things out and invite you to nibble!

Frequently asked questions

Where and how to store sotukus?

If the Sotuks are consumed within 2 weeks, they can travel with you in your car, in your backpack or waiting at your workplace;

If you will be enjoying the Sotuki for 8 weeks, storing them in an airtight container in the fridge is suitable;

If you intend to keep them for more than 2 months, they should be kept in the freezer (they can be tasted after 15 minutes after removal).

It is also important to protect Sotukus from moisture.

Why are fruit and fruit powders so abundant in sotuki?

100 grams of berry/fruit powder = 1 kg of fresh berries/fruit. For this simple reason, they are so rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre.

In other words, we get more of the nutrients we need for good health from less. Smoothies are not just about taste, they are about health!

Where do the ingredients for sotuk come from?

First of all, Sotukai comes to you from a family-run factory in Kelme.

We choose Lithuanian plant products for our children’s meals as much as possible, but unfortunately, where there is more sunshine and warmth, plants accumulate more valuable substances.

Does sotuki contain lactose?

According to research, around 30% of the Lithuanian population is lactose intolerant. The most common recommendation is to give up dairy products or to break up their consumption into small portions. So if you are lactose intolerant, Sotukai could be the perfect solution. These small energy balls are made from plant-based products – fruit and berries – and contain no dairy. So you can enjoy delicious treats without worrying about feeling sick later.

How many mouthfuls can you eat?

10 Sotuk = 100 grams. This amount contains half of the daily recommended fibre intake. Eating this much at once and, as recommended, washing it down with water may be too much fibre for the stomach. We suggest eating 4-5 Sotukus praalkus, up to 2 times a day, with a glass of water or tea each time. You certainly don’t want to eat all the Sotukas in the pack at once, but it’s fun for us to do so.

What are the benefits of fibre?

Fibre gives you a feeling of satiety, energy and helps to cleanse toxins. If you want something interesting and nutritious, rich in vitamins and fibre, choose Sotukus!

How to manage glucose spikes?

Are the sachets high in protein?

Protein is the building block of our bodies. 10 Sotuks contain as much as 12.5 g of protein, so you’ll also be helping to develop, maintain and rebuild your body’s tissues. Hair, skin, eyes, muscles and organs are all made of protein. Protein is especially important for growing children, as their organs and muscles are constantly growing and developing additional protein tissue.

Labai karštą rugpjūčio vasaros dieną Naisiuose sutikome ir šiuos nuostabius Sotukus 🥰. Artėjo diena kai su kolega ir kitais bendražygiais ruošėmės leistis į 24 val. žygį nuo Kauno pilies link Kernavės (šis žygis mums su kolega jau antrasis), kurio metu turėjome nukeliauti nei daug, nei mažai 101km arba 131 tūkst. žingsnių. Išėjome naktį ir kitos dienos naktį mes pasiekėme tikslą, be miego, su keliolika trumpų suplanuotų sustojimų, buvo labai karšta (beveik 30 laipsnių karštis), nesinorėjo nei valgyti, tik gerti, bet jėgų žygiui reikėjo daug, taigi Sotukai buvo pagrindinis maistas, kuris kartu su vandeniu ir elektrolitais gelbėjo mus nuo išsekimo ir suteikė jėgų eiti į priekį tikslo link 🙏 žygio metu buvo kompaktiška juos tureti kartu su savimi, jie nei susitrynė, nei pabiro ar ištirpo nuo karščio. O įsidėjus tokias keletą “bombikių”, kurios yra skirtingų skonių ir užgėrus vandeniu jautiesi ne tik sotus, bet ir puiki saldumynų alternatyva 👌Sotukai ir toliau keliaus su mumis sekančiuose žygiuose, stiprindami ir suteikdami mums jėgų užsibrėžtų tikslų link ♥️
