Out of care and a desire to feed all the family members, including vegetarians, sugar and gluten free, and even those allergic to dairy products, SOTUKAI was born. It is a small and convenient, one-bite, filling plant-based food. After all, you want to be healthy every day!

  • If the Sotukai are consumed within 2 weeks, they can travel with you in your car, in your backpack or waiting at your workplace;
  • If you will be enjoying Sotukai for 8 weeks, storing them in an airtight container in the fridge is suitable;
  • If you intend to keep them for more than 2 months, they should be kept in the freezer (they can be tasted after 15 minutes after removal).

It is also important to protect Sotukai from moisture.

100 grams of berry/fruit powder = 1 kg of fresh berries/fruit. For this simple reason, they are so rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre.

In other words, we get more of the nutrients we need for good health from less. Sotukai are not just about taste, they are about health!

First of all, Sotukai comes to you from a family-run factory in Kelmė.

We choose Lithuanian plant products for our children’s meals as much as possible, but unfortunately, where there is more sunshine and warmth, plants accumulate more valuable substances.

According to research, around 30% of the Lithuanian population is lactose intolerant. The most common recommendation is to give up dairy products or to break up their consumption into small portions. So if you are lactose intolerant, Sotukai could be the perfect solution. These small energy balls are made from plant-based products – fruit and berries – and contain no dairy. So you can enjoy delicious treats without worrying about feeling sick later.

10 Sotukai = 100 grams. This amount contains half of the daily recommended fibre intake. Eating this much at once and, as recommended, washing it down with water may be too much fibre for the stomach. We suggest eating 4-5 Sotukai when hungry, up to 2 times a day, with a glass of water or tea each time. You certainly don’t want to eat all the Sotukai in the pack at once, but it’s fun for us that you want to do so.
