General provisions
- The online shop www.sotukai.lt (sotukai.lt) belongs to MB Sotukai, food business operator registration No. 540000899, contact: [email protected] (the Seller).
- By using the services of sotukai.lt in any way or form, a visitor to sotukai.lt (the Buyer) unconditionally and irrevocably undertakes to comply with all the rules set out in the information section.
- sotukai.lt may unilaterally amend and/or supplement these rules at any time. Amendments and/or additions take effect once published on sotukai.lt.
- Sales transactions carried out on sotukai.lt are subject to the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
- A sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded once the Buyer has selected the goods, added them to the basket and completed all the mandatory steps specified by sotukai.lt for concluding the contract, the final step being selection and confirmation of the payment method.

- The rules for withdrawing from the contract and/or returning goods are set out in the information section entitled “Returns, exchanges and warranty”..

- Differences between device screens may cause product colours to differ slightly from their actual appearance.
- By purchasing goods on sotukai.lt, the Buyer confirms that they have read all the rules set out in the information section.
- All rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
- If any provision of these rules conflicts with the law or becomes wholly or partly invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions remain valid. In such a case, the Seller and the Buyer agree to replace the invalid provision with a legally effective provision that achieves, as far as possible, the same legal and economic result as the provision it replaces.
Rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer
- The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
- The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data they provide. If the Buyer supplies inaccurate personal data, the Seller is not liable for the resulting consequences and may require the Buyer to compensate any direct losses incurred.
- The Buyer is responsible for actions carried out using sotukai.lt.
- A registered Buyer is responsible for disclosing their login details to third parties. If a third party uses the Seller’s services, the Seller treats that person as the Buyer.
- The Seller is exempt from liability where losses arise because the Buyer failed to read these rules despite having the opportunity to do so, contrary to the Seller’s recommendations and the Buyer’s obligations.
