Privacy Policy
General provisions
- The data controller and operator of the website www.sotukai.lt (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”) is MB Sotukai.
- Privacy Policy is a written document that sets out the privacy provisions (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Rules”) that apply to all persons using sotukai.lt.
- The terms used in the Privacy Policy are consistent with the terms and meanings defined in the Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), except where certain terms are specifically defined in this Privacy Policy.
- The Data Controller has the right to unilaterally amend and/or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time.
- Changes to the Privacy Policy shall come into effect upon their publication on sotukai.lt. If the Customer continues to use sotukai.lt after the publication of the amendment and/or supplement to the Privacy Policy, it shall be deemed that the Customer unambiguously agrees to all amendments and/or supplements to the Privacy Policy. If the Buyer does not agree to the amended and/or supplemented Privacy Policy, he/she shall lose the right to use sotukai.lt.
- The processing and storage of the Buyer’s personal data shall be governed by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union, and other legal acts regulating the collection of such data, as well as by the present Privacy Policy. Customer data shall be collected for defined and legitimate purposes and processed fairly and accurately.
- In the e-shop, payments are processed using the Montonio platform, which is operated by Montonio Finance UAB, company code 305205122 (Lithuania), therefore, your personal information necessary for the execution and confirmation of the payment will be transmitted to Montonio Finance UAB.
Collection and processing of personal data
- The Data Controller receives data from the Buyer in the following ways: when the Buyer himself provides personal data in the account registration form or when ordering the product (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.); automatically when the data is generated by the Buyer using sotukai.lt
- The data received from the Buyer is divided into: anonymous data – data relating to facts that cannot be tailored to the individual Buyer and is used for the purposes of monitoring, improving, direct advertising and other quality improvement of sotukai.lt; personal data – data that identifies a particular Buyer. Such data is collected and processed only with the consent of the Buyer. sotukai.lt has the right to use all the information collected about the Buyer at its own discretion, in its entirety, and in any manner not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
- The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except for the Data Controller’s partners providing services related to the proper execution of the Buyer’s order. Such persons shall be bound by applicable data protection laws. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may only be disclosed to third parties in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
- The purchaser has the right to be informed of the sources and nature of the personal data collected, the purposes for which they are processed, and the recipients to whom they are provided and have been provided for at least the last one year.
- The Customer may at any time contact sotukai.lt and request the correction, destruction or suspension of the processing of his/her personal data where the data are processed in breach of the provisions of the law.
Cookies (English cookies)
- The Buyer understands and agrees that sotukai.lt collects the Buyer’s data (IP address, browser type, links to sotukai.lt pages, date and time of access, etc.) by using cookies.
- The Buyer can disable the use of cookies at any time (by changing the browser settings), but without cookies some of sotukai.lt’s features may not work or may not work properly.
- sotukai.lt cookies are used for the performance of basic activities (basket formation, etc.), for the collection and processing of statistical data of visitors to the website, to protect the Buyer against unauthorised use of his/her data and to improve the quality and efficiency of the website services.
