General provisions
- The online shop www.sotukai.lt (hereinafter referred to as “sotukai.lt”) is owned by MB Sotukai, food processing entity No. 540000899, contact: [email protected]) (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”).
- The sotukai.lt visitor (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) unconditionally and irrevocably undertakes to abide by all the rules set out in the information section when using the sotukai.lt services in any way and form.
- sotukai.lt has the right to unilaterally change and/or amend the Rules at any time. Amendments and/or additions to the Rules shall come into force after their publication on sotukai.lt.
- Purchase and sale transactions carried out on sotukai.lt are subject to the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
- The Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having selected the goods he/she wishes to purchase and having formed a shopping cart, completes all the steps required for the conclusion of the contract, the final step of which is the selection and confirmation of the method of payment as specified by sotukai.lt.
- The delivery rules are defined in the “Delivery” section of the information .
- The rules for cancellation and/or return of the contract are defined in the “Returns, Exchanges, Warranty” section .
- The rules for payment for goods are set out in the “Payment” section of the information .
- The Privacy Policy and the rules for the protection of personal data are defined in the “Privacy Policy” section .
- Due to the characteristics of the different equipment displays, the shades of the products may differ slightly from the actual shades of the products.
- By purchasing goods at sotukai.lt, the Customer confirms that he/she has read and understood all the rules set out in the information section.
- All rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
- If any provision of the Rules is contrary to law or for any reason becomes partially or wholly invalid, it shall not invalidate the remaining provisions of the Rules. In such a case, the Seller and the Buyer agree to replace the invalid provision with a legally effective provision which, as far as possible, has the same legal and economic effect as the replaced provision.
Rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer
- The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the Contract in accordance with the procedure laid down by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
- The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer fails to provide accurate personal data, the Seller shall not be liable for the consequences arising therefrom and shall be entitled to claim direct damages from the Buyer.
- The Buyer is responsible for the actions carried out using sotukai.lt.
- Once registered, the Buyer is responsible for the transmission of his/her login data to third parties. If a third party uses the services provided by the Seller, the Seller shall be deemed to be the Buyer.
- The Seller shall be exempt from any liability where the loss is caused by the Buyer’s failure to read these Conditions, despite having been given the opportunity to do so, in the light of the Seller’s recommendations and the Buyer’s obligations.
