Raspberries and baobabs among dates
Ingredients: almond nuts, Medjool dates, apricots, goji berries, baobab, raspberries, chilli.
Apricots are low in calories and fat, and an excellent source of vitamins A and C.
Almonds are rich in healthy fats, fibre, protein, magnesium, and vitamin E. Almonds have a positive effect on cholesterol and glucose levels, can reduce hunger, and promote weight loss.
Dates are full of vitamins and minerals, including iron, potassium, magnesium, and B vitamins. Dates are rich in beneficial fibre and can contribute to healthy digestive and intestinal function.
