Sea buckthorn and quince among apricots
Ingredients: cashew nuts, apricots, Medjool dates, almond nuts, sea buckthorn, quince.
It’s great that the “good” fats (nuts) and carbohydrates (fruit, berries) are combined to choose the most nutritionally superior products. Nuts are important for the body because of their fat and protein content, as well as vitamins and minerals. They provide satiety and, when combined with carbohydrates, slow down the absorption of glucose. We often make the mistake of choosing dried fruit, such as dates, for dessert or a quick snack. Dates contain a significant amount of fructose, but in combination with nuts, they have a different effect on our blood glucose levels, and therefore on our energy levels and productivity. My advice would be to choose a small amount of Sotukai (as it contains a lot of fruit sugar), eat it with enjoyment while having a cup of your favourite tea or cocoa.

Apricots are low in calories and fat and are an excellent source of vitamins A and C.

Sea buckthorn berries are particularly rich in vitamins A, C, K, and E, as well as significant amounts of iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper, and zinc.
Quince is a nutritious fruit that contains all the essential vitamins and minerals, as well as antioxidants that reduce inflammation in the body.
