Another exam passed? YES!
Taking part in events gives us a wonderful opportunity to meet returning Sotukai customers in person, catch genuine reactions from people discovering us for the first time, and enjoy questions such as ‘Why haven’t I seen you before?’
Thank you to all the friends and fans who visited us at Tautų mugė this weekend. Your support and smiles are priceless, helping us move forward.
One encounter, though, was a real exam. In the middle of the bustle, I noticed out of the corner of my eye that a colleague was serving a very special visitor: someone who taught me several decades ago, when I took an exam in the Methodology of Practical Work at what was then the Pedagogical University. An incredibly warm meeting with the respected Zita Žebrauskienė, currently serving as Rector of the Medardas Čobotas University of the Third Age, turned into another exam: an assessment of the Sotukai idea, presentation and introduction.
I only learned the result the next day, when my former lecturer returned with a friend and admitted that she had also visited the Sotukai website.
When I asked whether I had passed the exam, the answer was ‘Yes!’
